About the Team

The Strategy Learning and Evaluation Team support the Family and Children’s Service’s Department in the following areas:

  • Major strategic planning and operational projects
  • Municipal planning projects relating to children and families
  • Development and support for partnerships with other levels of government and service providers
  • Monitoring, evaluation and reporting for the department
  • Workforce panning and professional development
  • Development and review of strategic and operational policies and plans

About the Opportunity

This is your opportunity to join an amazing early years team with a great reputation whose focus is working together as One Team for children and families in the Knox community. This newly established role will work with the Head of Strategy Learning and Evaluation to support strategic and operational projects across the department.

The right person has values aligned with our organisation; well-developed project support and administration skills and high level of understanding of systems, business practices and processes that effectively support strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation. The right person is also looking to work in a collaborative and integrated way and has a strong commitment to continuous improvement about how children and families experience us.

Screening Criteria Essential: Do you have a Certificate IV in Administration/Project Management; and/or equivalent experience in a similar administrative or project support role?
Desirable: Do you have experience working within the community services sector or industry?
