About the Integrated Early Years Hubs

The Integrated Early Years Hubs are purpose-built facilities where practitioners work in a multi-agency way with a focus on providing high quality integrated early years services in the community, support families and nurturing the learning and development of children.

Exciting new administrative opportunities

These roles will be providing administration support and reception duties within the Integrated Early Years Hubs in an efficient and effective manner with a strong emphasis on customer service.  These roles will also work collaboratively with others across the Family and Children's Services team to provide administration support to meet the operational tasks, goals and objectives of the department.

To be successful in this role, the Early Years Support Officer will require the following criteria:

  • Demonstrated commitment to displaying our Knox Values
  • The ability to develop and maintain working relationships with stakholders
  • Administration and/or customer service skills and experience
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding the broad issues impacting on the family and children's services sector.
  • Proficiency in a range of computer applications, operating systems, online databases and social media platforms.

Screening Criteria Desirable: Certificate IV in Administration and/or previous experience in a similar administrative position.
